Lol, I think I’ve lost it but it seems to be manifesting itself in good ways. And as long as I can convey music through images instead of words this format is a lot more intriguing. When I first heard this song I immediately envisioned some late 70’s futurism fetished out car chase scene slowly unfolding. Digging in pretty deep trying to find just the right footage to use for it I came across an old forgotten TV series called ‘Automan’ whose main character is a hologram hunk cop who relies on his ‘cursor’ to shape shift into vehicles relying on an advancement upon the technology recently invented the year prior for TRON (instead of hand painted they used reflective material and portable projectors). I figured it would be ripe with ridiculous car chase scenes but after viewing god knows how many episodes of it I slowly began to (lose it, I mean) realize that the series was not so much made for testosterone pumping men but middle aged horny women looking for some action in the early eighties. Needless to say that didn’t slow me down and I think this video turned out for the better because of it. I think the budget went entirely to the special effects scenes and cocaine because the edited clips and club scenes from the multiple episodes I used go surprisingly well together with the actors often wearing the same clothes in each episode.
