San Francisco, 1990. The Space Lady. Vashti In space

Late 60’s creationist duo who wrote a “drugged out” psychedelic album as a thinly veiled attempt at converting/saving hippies from their drug induced enlightenment. It’s an extremely catchy and ramshackle wandering through what they seemed to quickly cull from outsider psych music . Despite mimicking the music of those they cast as sinners throughout their songs ridiculous lyrics and psych meanderings, they have as good if not better grip on the genre.
