EOLA // Nik Tyndall

When a new artist leaves me grasping for influences several times within each song I have no choice but to take notice. I was drawn to Tonstartssbandht awhile back and catching them live a few weeks ago only reconfirmed that there’s some seriously subtle to overt genius going on within the brother duo. Their numerous projects can be confusing to keep track of but I somehow am always led directly to them regardless because their melodies and songs are just so out there and strong. Eddy who is one half of Tonstartssbandht has just unleashed his latest solo project EOLA and it just keeps on leveling up. I’ve been binging on the respiring Channeling for the past few days and it somewhat recalls this early 80’s Nik Tyndall track that is a favorite of mine and I’ve been looking for an excuse to post:

  3. I followed your link back to your copper tones summer mix, which sounds great. Woud you be up for reactivating / reposting the link?
